I used a very quick home made vegan mayo in it instead of Vegannaise. Add all the ingredients to a measuring jug and blend up with an immersion blender. This is still a good dressing as is though, and lower fat if you are using an oil free hummus. I added an extra 1/4 cup aquafaba to thin it out slightly and ut made it really smooth and creamy.
